Usually with this defect it is the only defect but sometimes it can be more. Sometimes in more severe cases these babies are born with the stomach, liver, ovaries, and fallopian tubes out. In most cases doctors can't tell you until birth how much is out. If you are under 21 there is a higher chance of having a gastroschisis baby.
